Our childcare center contracted Safe-Landing.com to install a playground safety surface in February. Since then we have not received the surface or refund back. The owner does not return calls or e-mails.
He operates from several web sites. Hopefully, the address that we have is current. We need to get this money back desperately. We have all of the emails, contract and the cancelled check. We have been given numerous excuses about why the installation has been delayed. We need the playground surface now. What can we do to get our money back? Not sure where to start.
